3. Subscription and Billing

Our service is billed monthly at $90/month. Payment is due in advance each month. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to your website. However, by using our service, you grant us the right to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rocket HTML be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
